Greetings, I'm Krystal Swoboda, a dedicated educator committed to continuous growth and innovation in the field of education. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the esteemed University of Missouri St. Louis (UMSL), followed by a Master's in Secondary Education from the same institution. Holding certifications in Special Education, TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), Gifted/Talented K-12, and reading specialist, I bring a diverse skill set to my teaching practice.

Actively engaged in professional development and leadership, I am proud to be a member of esteemed organizations such as Kappa Delta Pi and The National Society of Leadership and Success. Over the past decade, I have served as an ELL/Gifted teacher within the Maplewood Richmond Heights School District, where I've had the privilege of making a positive impact on students' lives.

Throughout my academic journey and teaching tenure, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience that fuels my passion for education. I am deeply committed to providing a fresh perspective on teaching and learning, continually seeking opportunities to collaborate with fellow educators and share insights gained from our collective experiences.

In pursuit of this goal, I have created this website as a platform for intentional collaboration, where educators can come together to exchange ideas, share best practices, and inspire one another to elevate the standard of education. Together, we can foster a culture of innovation and excellence, ensuring that every student receives the high-quality education they deserve.
